We offer a nighttime hiking route under a full moon. This is a unique hiking activity in Madrid, offering views of the source of the Duratón River, a birch forest, and unique views of the Ayllón Mountains from the top of Tres Provincias Peak.

A circular route that begins at the Somosierra Pass. From this point, we'll take a path that crosses the famous Somosierra Birch Forest, after which we'll gradually ascend through a pine forest until we reach our first summit of the route, La Cebollera Nueva.
Next, we'll take the ridge heading north that will lead us to La Cebollera Vieja or Tres Provincias Peak. After enjoying its wonderful views, we'll descend along the northern slope to a forest track that will lead us to the Duratón River Canyon (this point is the source of the Duratón River). From there, we'll take a path that runs parallel to the canyon and reaches the Somosierra Pass.
