Orienteering course - Level 1

PVP
95 €

Orientation is a fundamental part of the knowledge that every mountaineer must have and develop. Any mountain activity requires a minimum level of knowledge: interpreting a map, positioning it with a compass, understanding our current location, and visualizing our direction. This technique will allow us to explore new routes suggested by various topoguides, learn the names of our surroundings, or resolve a situation where we might get lost.

Learn to navigate and orient ourselves safely in the mountains using a map and compass. Identify our position and reference points. Create route sheets, schedules, etc., and understand basic safety principles.
