As soon as you arrive at Valdelatas Park, the Yurok Adventures guides will give you basic orientation instructions for the activity and provide you with the necessary equipment.
At the end of the orientation tour, you'll take part in the survival workshop, where young and old alike will learn tricks for surviving in the mountains, from building a cabin to making knots and harnesses, among other things.

-Heavy wool or fleece hat.
-Visor.

Thermal tights or leggings (depending on the time of year).
