ACTIVITY CANCELLATION

It is very important to wear shoes with a good sole and a firm ankle support, as slipping is common. The hike will take place on uneven and wet surfaces, which can cause loss of balance. It is preferable to wear somewhat older shoes (still with good soles), as they will be subject to a lot of abrasion. NO FLIP-FLOPS.
The shoes will get wet, so it is a good idea to leave a spare pair of shoes in the car.
Sportswear for the activity and a change of clothes. Swimsuit (preferably tight-fitting).
Light backpack. Snacks, energy bars, or candy. Water bottle (minimum 1L).
Sunscreen and lip balm. Swimming goggles if you wear contact lenses.
