Adult training

At Yurok, we offer training sessions that will surprise you. Our climbing sessions last one hour. Practice under the watchful eye of our specialized climbing instructors, who will guide you throughout the entire process so you can make the most of your skills in varied training sessions where you can not only learn the basics of climbing but also progress through the ranks to become a true professional.

How is the training session divided?

At Yurok, we always recommend that students arrive 30 minutes before class to complete the planned warm-up sessions, as each warm-up planned for the class is geared toward each specific session with the instructor. Once the warm-up is over, the guided class with the instructor will continue.

Our training sessions are planned and structured annually. Each month, we not only focus on the physical, technical, tactical, and psychological performance factors that help us improve our climbing, but throughout the months, you'll also undergo a training process where we'll teach you climbing knots, dynamic belays, lead rope climbing, and a host of other topics that you'll discover throughout the year.

Additionally, by enrolling in our classes, you can attend a monthly rock climbing trip where you can enjoy climbing in nature.

Our training groups have a maximum of 15 students per group to maximize the benefits. We also combine bouldering, belay, and rope training.
