Hundreds of years ago, the Yurok tribe was settled along the lower reaches of the Klamath River in the northwest corner of the state of California. Hence their name means "downstream". We, Yurok, are a group of young qualified mountain guides who now propose to go up that river offering you an alternative way of tourism. To go through places on foot, to get closer to them. To enjoy nature and cities in a new way. Sport and adventure trips where mind and body experience emotions in equal measure.
Yurok is an adventure agency. We are more than a climbing center. The Yurok name has more than 10 years taking our adventurous clients on a multitud of activities.
We're a company formed by certified Mountain Guides specialized on all kinds of activities, mountaineering, climbing, canyoning, speleology. We can safely guide on all terrains all of the adventurers that put their trust on us to take them on the activities they want to do.
The activities we promote the most are climbing, canyoning, hiking, winter activities, speleology and via ferratas. We also organize trekking trips on Italy, United States and Canada. Not forgeting our Spain, where we also have all kinds of adventure trips, from hiking or snowshoeing trips to more technical climbing expeditions throughout the Spanish territory.
